A system I built
The onboarding redesign at Fluentify
I was running a high-volume delivery schedule across a full roster of client accounts. The pattern I noticed was that clients who stalled almost always stalled at the start. The distance between signing on and the first real session was where momentum died.
So I rebuilt the onboarding. I mapped the low-effort journey from first touchpoint to active engagement, cut the steps that created drop-off and set clear async norms so the distributed team could keep every account moving without constant check-ins. The system did the tracking so no client sat waiting.
Session participation doubled, and satisfaction held at 100% across 435 professionals in 167 organizations.
"She knows how to tell a story, but she'll back it up with data."
"If you're building something and Angela isn't in the room, you're already missing out."

Remote and async by default
Years running distributed delivery across time zones. I set the async norms teams work by, and I am flexible with EST hours from Italy.
Genuine AI fluency
I work in Claude daily across Projects, Skills and Cowork. I have built my own knowledge base of custom skills that track opportunities, draft communication and flag follow-ups.
Systems over memory
I build the process so the business runs without me holding it all in my head. Nothing slips because the system is doing the tracking.
Built for the reps
I do my best work on small growth teams. I like owning the day-to-day, doing the reps and building the muscle memory that keeps everything moving.
On location. You prefer NYC tri-state, and I want to be straight about it. I am American and based in Italy, native in English and set up to work flexible EST hours. The whole point of my career has been running things reliably from behind the scenes, on time and across time zones.
