I keep fast-moving businesses organized behind the scenes so nothing slips and every project moves forward. For a growing creator business that means owning the day-to-day so you can stay in front of the camera and in the room with brands.

I have spent a career being the operator small teams rely on. I have run high-volume client delivery at Fluentify. I have coordinated luxury brand projects at BAMO and Heath. I built a cross-border operation single-handed at Fierce Littles. Partnerships, content calendars and travel logistics are the work I do for pleasure.

I am an American living in Italy, native in English and flexible with EST hours. I do my best work on small growth teams where I can do the reps and build the muscle memory that lets a business run without constant oversight.

Fluentify · Jan 2022 – Apr 2026

Doubled session participation and held 100% satisfaction across a full client roster

435 professionals · 167 client organizations · 100% satisfaction · 2x participation

I redesigned client onboarding and mapped low-effort journeys from first touchpoint to active engagement, which doubled session participation. I tailored each program across cultures and time zones for names like Gucci, Fedrigoni and Mediaset, and I ran the full delivery schedule of sessions, prep and follow-ups without dropped threads. I also set the async communication norms the distributed team worked by.

Ran a cross-border operation single-handed from content to events

2 countries · 3 national campaign editions · full content calendar

I operated a literacy initiative across Italy and France on my own. I created all the content, built the website, wrote the email newsletter and set the content calendar across Instagram and Facebook. I represented the project in Italy's national reading campaign across three editions while coordinating community events with schools and author collaborators, handling venue logistics and event timelines.

Tripled voter registration by standing up digital outreach from the ground up

3x registration · +33% engagement · +20% followership

I built the digital outreach program from scratch and tripled voter registration over the prior cycle. I created and ran targeted grassroots content that lifted engagement 33% and grew followership 20%. I managed VIP partnerships that widened reach and unlocked high-profile fundraising opportunities.

A system I built

The onboarding redesign at Fluentify

I was running a high-volume delivery schedule across a full roster of client accounts. The pattern I noticed was that clients who stalled almost always stalled at the start. The distance between signing on and the first real session was where momentum died.

So I rebuilt the onboarding. I mapped the low-effort journey from first touchpoint to active engagement, cut the steps that created drop-off and set clear async norms so the distributed team could keep every account moving without constant check-ins. The system did the tracking so no client sat waiting.

Session participation doubled, and satisfaction held at 100% across 435 professionals in 167 organizations.

"She knows how to tell a story, but she'll back it up with data."

"If you're building something and Angela isn't in the room, you're already missing out."

Remote and async by default

Years running distributed delivery across time zones. I set the async norms teams work by, and I am flexible with EST hours from Italy.

Genuine AI fluency

I work in Claude daily across Projects, Skills and Cowork. I have built my own knowledge base of custom skills that track opportunities, draft communication and flag follow-ups.

Systems over memory

I build the process so the business runs without me holding it all in my head. Nothing slips because the system is doing the tracking.

Built for the reps

I do my best work on small growth teams. I like owning the day-to-day, doing the reps and building the muscle memory that keeps everything moving.

On location. You prefer NYC tri-state, and I want to be straight about it. I am American and based in Italy, native in English and set up to work flexible EST hours. The whole point of my career has been running things reliably from behind the scenes, on time and across time zones.

This is a role I have been building toward.

You turned a corporate marketing career into a creator business that spans travel, content and brand partnerships. I have spent a career being the operator behind founders and small teams doing exactly that kind of work.

01

Travel and events are the heart of this business, and they are what make me me. This is not a category I would be learning on the job. It is the work I gravitate to.

02

I have executed brand partnerships from the client side for names like Gucci, Fedrigoni and Mediaset, plus luxury clients at BAMO and Heath. Coordinating partnerships with brands like Disney, Pinterest and Delta from inquiry through completion is a familiar shape of work.

03

Small growing teams are where I do my best work. I want to own the day-to-day, do the reps and build the muscle memory that lets a founder stay in front of the audience while the operations run cleanly.

04

I am an American abroad. That means native English, an insider read on the US creator and media landscape and an international lens, all on EST-flexible hours.

On the long-term partnership. You wrote that you want someone who grows with the business. That is exactly what I am looking for. I would rather build deep with one growing business than skim across many.
